December 9 - 11	Demo Days - Kick off another great season of skiing and snowboarding with our Winter Celebration Demo Days Weekend. Not only will you be able to take advantage of some of the best early snow conditions, you'll also enjoy two days of free equipment demos for all the top ski and snowboard manufacturers along with plenty of live entertainment and fun & games. December 16	Silver Creek Ski Area Opens - Weather permitting, the Silver Creek area will open for the season on December 16. If Old Man winter cooperates, the Ruckus Ridge Tubing Hill will also be opening on this date. Stay tuned for more information about Silver Creek's opening as we have some exciting things in store for the Terrain Parks at the Silver Creek area.
December 17 - 20	College Road Trip Package - Finals are over and it's time to party! Everyone knows that the big parties always happen at Foxfire! Head to Snowshoe Mountain after first semester finals and enjoy a week of great skiing and snowboarding packed full of happy hour parties, live entertainment and much more.
December 16 - 25	Christmas Holidays at Snowshoe - Treat your family to a white Christmas at Snowshoe Mountain and enjoy a week packed full of great fun for all. From skiing and riding with Santa, Ms. Claus and Frosty to our Christmas Eve Party and Buffet, your family will be treated to memories that will last a lifetime.
December 26 - January 1	Holiday Week - Ring in the New Year at Snowshoe Mountain with an entire week of great skiing and riding, exciting activities and much more. It's the perfect time to gather the family and friends for a long week at Snowshoe.
December 31	New Year's Eve Bash - Foxfire is the place in the Village to ring in the new Year! The Chefs will create their magic, and the Bar Staff will let you create yours! Make your reservations early for our New Year's Eve parties. Great options are available for both young and old. Party Central Reservation Hotline opens on November 1. Call 877-441-4FUN and press Option #3 for reservations.
January 2 - 8	College Winter Break - College students converge on Snowshoe Mountain for the biggest party week of the year. Huge happy hour bashes, live entertainment and wild games on and off the slopes make Snowshoe the perfect spot for your Winter Break. Foxfire continues the Winter Break fun with the most happening scene in the Village.
January 6 - 8	Collegiate Challenge - Open to any freeskier or snowboard with a valid College ID, this event will feature a variety of disciplines.
January 27 - 29	West Virginia Open - Come participate in a variety of freestyle ski related disciplines to see who is crowned the Best in West Virginia. Great prizes available to all the top participants.
February 3 - 5	Jose Cuervo Games of Winter - Two of the best events on the mountain combine forces over the first weekend in February. Start off the weekend with the legendary Cuervo Games of Winter and then roll the fun into Sunday at our Super Bowl Bash in the Connection Night Club. Make sure to stop by the Foxfire and Spin the Wheel!
February 6	Cupp Run Challenge - Ski racers from across the East are invited to participate in the 32nd annual Cupp Run Challenge - one of the East's most demanding ski races. On a course which covers 1,000 vertical feet in 1 1/4 miles, pros and amateurs will race this giant slalom course competing for cash and prizes totaling over $2,000.
February weekends	Pro Ski and Snowboard Series - Every weekend in February, the regions top skiers and riders head to Snowshoe to compete in the Ski and Snowboard Series. With events ranging from Slopestyle to Boardercross to Halfpipe, skiers and boarders will battle it out for cash and great prizes.
February 20 - 23	President's Week Sale - Extend the President's Weekend a few extra days with our Presidents Week Sale. During the dates above, when you book any three or more night lift and lodging package kids 12 and under ski for FREE. Plus, you'll receive lodging savings of up to 50% when you package during this special week.
February 28	Mardi Gras - The Foxfire's 6th annual! Live Band and Live Fun. Plan your vacation around the party of the year.
Begins March 6	Almost Heaven Spring Value Season - There's a reason we call it Almost Heaven - sunny days, milder temps and plenty of great snow! Plus, starting on March 6, you can enjoy some of the best skiing and riding conditions of the season at some of the best prices of the year.
March 5 - 8 and March 12 - 15	Spring Break Snow Bash - Take your party to the mountains this Spring Break! For the 8th straight winter, Snowshoe Mountain brings you Spring Break 2006. Live entertainment, happy hours all week long, wild bar games, crazy events on the slopes and huge savings for college students. Spring Break just isn't Spring Break without hitting Snowshoe's hottest hot spot - The Foxfire Grille!
March 17	St. Patrick's Day - Sláinte! Join us at the Foxfire for live entertainment and more than a wee bit of Irish fun.
March 17 - 19	Race Around the Clock - It's time to bring you the third annual Race Around the Clock - the Snowshoe 24. Skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels are invited to race around the clock in the only 24-hour ski and snowboard race in the country. This year's event promises to be bigger and better with two different courses, new categories and more great prizes including over $10,000 in cash money to the top finishers. Start making your plans because this event is limited to the first 100 teams. Foxfire's team is always the team to beat. Stop by slopeside for The Foxfire Party or join us at the grille for nonstop fun.
March 24 - 25	Beach Party and Music Festival - The 7th Annual Mountaintop Beach Party and Music festival returns to the mountain for two days packed full of fun. Enjoy games and activities in the Village and on the slopes combined with great live entertainment from some of the legends in Beach Music. The finale to the weekend is our spectacular mountaintop Fireworks display on Saturday night. Things get Hot Hot Hot for the Beachparty - stop by the Foxfire for their famous Mojitos or tropical fun-punched cocktails.
March 26 - April 9	End of the Season Ski FREE - You skied and rode for free to kick off the season, so it's only fitting to finish off the 2005 / 2006 winter season with more FREE lift tickets. During our End of the Season Celebration, when you book three or more nights lodging, you'll receive your lift tickets for FREE.
April 8 - 9	Last Hurrah Weekend - We're going out with a bang! Celebrate the last hurrah to the winter season with fun and games, live entertainment, our 4th Annual Pond Skimming Extravaganza and much more. Drop by the Foxfire as we celebrate another fantastic season.
